Why PortoClinic

01 — Outside office hours

Treatment that fits around your career

Most clinics expect you to take an afternoon off. Ours opens at half past six in the evening, Monday to Friday, and all day Saturday. No annual leave, no explaining where you're going, no rushing back to a desk.

02 — Privacy

A private clinic, not a shopfront

We treat from a private clinic room in Kings Hill. There is no high-street window, no shared reception, and no chance of running into someone you know on the way in. The exact address is shared when your appointment is confirmed.

03 — Continuity

The same two people, every visit

Jorge consults with you, plans your treatment and carries it out — with Dr Badri, our prescribing doctor, on the team. No rotating injectors, no being handed to whoever is free. Your face is known here.

The practice

Medical aesthetics, at a considered pace

PortoClinic Aesthetics is a two-clinician practice in Kings Hill, serving West Malling, Maidstone, Sevenoaks and Tunbridge Wells.

We work in facial injectables and medical-grade skin treatments — and only in those. A consultation is a conversation before it is anything else: what's bothering you, what is realistic, what the treatment involves, what it costs, and what the risks and recovery genuinely look like. Sometimes the honest answer is that a treatment isn't right for you, and we'll say so.

Nothing is decided on the night you ask about it unless you're ready. There is no pressure to book, and no countdown offers on injectable treatments.

What we do

Treatments

Every treatment begins with a consultation, and every treatment carries risks and a recovery period. Both are set out in full on each page, and again before you consent.

Lip enhancement

Hydration, shape and balance rather than volume for its own sake. Conservative first appointments are the norm here; we would rather add than dissolve.

Swelling for 24–72 hours

Profhilo

An injectable hyaluronic acid treatment for skin quality rather than shape — hydration and firmness across the face or neck. Two sessions, four weeks apart.

Results build over weeks

Skin boosters

Amino-acid and hyaluronic acid skin boosters for texture, fine lines and the delicate skin around the eyes. A course, not a single appointment.

Course of four

Neck & jawline

A consultation for jawline definition and the vertical bands that appear in the neck with age. A prescription treatment, following assessment.

Doctor assesses first

Pricing

Every price in one place, with no add-ons revealed at the end of an appointment. Dosing varies between people, so your consultation confirms the exact figure.

How an appointment works

Three steps, one evening

Consultation

Thirty unhurried minutes, face to face, free of charge. Your medical history, what you want to change, what is achievable, and an honest account of risks, downtime and cost. Never conditional on booking anything. A £15 deposit holds the appointment and is refunded in full when you attend.

Treatment

Where a prescription-only medicine is involved, Dr Badri assesses and prescribes before anything is administered. You consent in writing, with the risks in front of you, before we begin.

Aftercare

Written aftercare, a direct number for questions, and a review appointment where the treatment calls for one. If something concerns you afterwards, you speak to the person who treated you.

Who treats you

Two clinicians. That's the whole practice.

Do I have to take time off work?
No — that's the point of the clinic. Appointments run 6.30–9.30pm Monday to Friday and 10.30am–4.30pm on Saturdays, with some Sunday mornings available. You can come after work, after the school run, or at the weekend.
Is there any downtime?
It depends on the treatment. Injectable treatments commonly cause small marks, redness or swelling for a day or two, and bruising is possible with any injection. Lips swell noticeably for 24–72 hours. Each treatment page sets out what to expect, and we go through it again before you consent.
Why can't I book a specific product by name?
Some of the medicines used in aesthetics are prescription-only, and UK advertising rules do not permit clinics to advertise them by brand name. You book the appointment; the prescribing doctor decides what — if anything — is appropriate for you.
Who will I actually see?
Jorge, every time, for consultation and treatment. Dr Badri assesses and prescribes where a prescription-only medicine is involved. There is no third person.
