No — that is the point of the clinic. Appointments run 6.30–9.30pm Monday to Friday and 10.30am–4.30pm on Saturdays, with some Sunday mornings available.

Yes. Thirty minutes, face to face, with no obligation to book anything. If we think a treatment is not right for you, we will tell you, and that is a perfectly normal outcome. We do take a £15 deposit when you book, purely to hold the appointment — it is refunded in full when you turn up, whatever you decide. We are a small clinic working evenings, and an empty slot is one we could have given to somebody else. The only way to lose the £15 is not to come, or to cancel with less than four hours' notice.

For most treatments, yes. Lips are the exception — they swell noticeably for one to three days. Under-eye treatment can swell unpredictably for one to two weeks. Each treatment page sets out the honest downtime, and we go through it again before you consent.

Some of the medicines used in aesthetics are prescription-only, and UK advertising rules do not permit clinics to advertise them by brand name. You book the appointment; the prescribing doctor decides what, if anything, is appropriate for you.

No. You can book any treatment directly, including if you have never been here before. We send your medical form and consent beforehand, and every appointment begins with the consultation anyway — so nothing is skipped, it is just not a separate trip. Book a consultation on its own if you would rather talk first, or genuinely do not know what you want; it is free and commits you to nothing.

You are given a number that reaches a person out of hours, and if you report anything concerning you are seen face to face the same day — not assessed by text. Dr Badri is a prescriber, so the agent used to reverse filler complications is held on site rather than having to be obtained.

Clinical photographs may be taken as part of your record, with your consent. We do not publish before-and-after images on the website. For prescription treatments the advertising rules prohibit it, and for the rest we think they set expectations that somebody else's face cannot honestly set for yours.

Yes. We treat adults aged 18 and over. It has been a criminal offence in England since October 2021 to provide these treatments for cosmetic purposes to anyone under 18.

Yes, and many people do for a first appointment.

Usually within the same week. Evenings fill first.

Nothing is decided on the night you ask about it unless you are ready. For a first treatment we would generally rather you went away and thought about it — a cooling-off period between consultation and treatment is good practice, not a formality.
