The consultation itself is free. We take a £15 deposit to hold your appointment, and it is refunded in full when you attend — whether or not you decide to go ahead with treatment. It is only kept if you don't turn up, or cancel with less than four hours' notice.

Getting here
Kings Hill is a few minutes from the A228 and about ten minutes from West Malling station. There is free parking. We are within easy reach of Maidstone, Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells and the Medway towns — most of our patients come after work.
If something is wrong after a treatment
Use the number above. You will have been given an out-of-hours number at your appointment. If you have any change in vision or severe pain around the eye after a filler treatment, call 999 or go to the nearest eye A&E immediately — do not wait to contact us first.
