About myself

My name is Agata and I am originally from Poland. I arrived in England in 2015 mainly wanting to get to know the English culture as well as improve my English. 
Before I decided to leave Poland I worked in several places mainly focusing on working with people, customer service as well as managing my own small team in a clothing store. 

I have always liked helping people, working with them, getting to know them - their tastes and needs. It’s very satisfying to me how a simple gesture can make someone’s day, or improve their confidence. Customer service is something that has been a part of my life for a long time now. Like everything else, it comes with its challenges, however, I find it really interesting and inspiring how every person is unique, different, has different expectations and needs. It’s my job to find out what it is that works best or suits them best - and that is probably my favourite part of working with people. Therefore after coming to England I continued working in this field as it is something I enjoy the most and have the biggest experience in. From car retail, insurance companies through being a PA and working with yacht brokers I have gained a great knowledge about people and how to approach them as well as finding the best way to help them. 

I feel very privileged to be a part of PortoClinic Aesthetics.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, dancing, but my biggest passion is makeup and beauty.
